Passing An Inspection
When you pass one of our inspections it means that your roof is in good standing condition and up to code. Of course, this doesn’t mean that the journey ends here or there won’t be future problems. A roofing system is a mechanical system and like all mechanical systems, it is going to need care and maintenance over the years. Without this care and maintenance, the roof will not only eventually fail, but you won’t get the most out of it.
When Should You Get An Inspection
Of course, you should consider an inspection any time you are having problems. However, that is not the only time, as there may be problems that you aren’t even aware of. Our experts would recommend getting two inspections per year. One before the winter and one before the summer. These are the biggest times when the weather will take its toll, so you want to be prepared.
